Established in 2022 by experienced tech founders and entrepreneurs Hakan Koç and Pyrros Koussios, 1GLOBAL is a European technology leader driving digital transformation in the global telecommunications market. We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst to support our B2B2C business by turning complex commercial, operational, and product data into clear insights and decision-ready analysis.

This role sits at the intersection of data, commercial performance, and business strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Own business and performance analysis across B2B2C products, partners, and markets.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain commercial and operational reports (revenue, margins, ARPU, churn, usage, onboarding KPIs, etc.
• Translate raw data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support pricing analysis, partner performance reviews, and business cases.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align data with business reality.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and logical interpretation across reports and dashboards.
  
  

Requirements

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data lakes or large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI/DWH tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivoting, modelling, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of business models, value chains, and technical systems.
• Ability to navigate complex operations, understand performance drivers, and derive clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting business case development, benchmarking, or strategic analysis.
• Excellent communication skills — able to present complex insights in a simple and effective way.
• High degree of ownership, proactivity, and the ability to drive tasks end-to-end.

Nice to Have

• Telecom / MVNE / MVNO domain experience is an advantage
