What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data, reporting, and analytics solutions
  • Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards to support operational performance, KPIs, and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain data models and reporting frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility
  • Develop Tableau visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights in a clear and actionable way
  • Support ad hoc data requests, providing timely and accurate analysis to stakeholders
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, supporting business initiatives and data-driven strategies
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data visualization
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (TSQL/MySQL) and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
  • Experience in data modeling and business process improvement is an asset
