Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business data analysis to identify and optimize growth ecosystem issues
• Responsible for designing core metrics, perfecting the metric system to guide team efforts
• Handle the statistical application and modeling of business data, build data warehouses to improve data analysis efficiency
• Translate complex analysis methods into simple, visual analyses to provide recommendations for the operations team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and strategies for decision-making

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 4+ years of experience preferably in companies like BAT (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent), ByteDance, etc
• Proficient in Python/SQL (R/SAS acceptable) for data analysis, modeling, and mining
• Familiar with data visualization and operational reporting tools like QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI
• Experienced in using growth ecosystem analysis tools such as Google Analytics, GrowingIO, Firebase
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with big data ecosystem technologies is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Chinesewill be highly advantageous
