Your Impact
You'll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will gather, analyze, and interpret market data to uncover actionable insights that support business growth, product development, and marketing strategies.

In this role, you will also lead and manage projects focused on automating existing and upcoming data and business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient solutions. You are encouraged to leverage modern tools and emerging technologies—including AI and automation—to improve research efficiency, streamline reporting, and accelerate the identification of patterns and opportunities with greater accuracy and impact.

What You’ll Drive Forward

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Snapp group teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across functions.

  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Analyze large datasets and present insights clearly and effectively, leveraging automation where possible.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to support the growth and positioning of our services.

  • Market Trends: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen current services and explore new directions.

  • Customer Focus: Support product and service development that aligns closely with customer needs and behaviors.

  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate marketing and operational performance to understand successes and areas for improvement.

  • Optimization: Help optimize marketing, operations, and product strategies through data insights and automation.

  • Possessing Business Acumen Ability to understand e-commerce models and operations and to support effective decision-making that drives business success.

  • Project Management: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects, prioritize initiatives, and oversee the implementation of automated solutions from planning to delivery.

  • Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies, and to adapt to evolving business and data environments.

  • Data Collection Experience with survey design, questionnaires, and modern data-gathering tools.

  • Data Analysis Proficiency in data analysis, including using automation tools to streamline workflows.

  • Reporting Skilled in creating effective, visually clear reports—ideally with exposure to automated or AI-supported reporting tools.

  • Marketing Strategy Understanding of market principles and strategic planning.

  • Language Proficiency Strong command of English, especially for writing reports and presentations.

  • Technical Skills Familiarity with Python and an interest in using technology to enhance research and reporting.

  • Experience and Education Relevant academic background and work experience; familiarity with digital tools and AI-supported analytics is a plus.
