Join Altius Property Group, RACV's property development and investment business, delivering a nationally significant portfolio of mixed-use, residential, hotel and master-planned developments across Australia. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to support our CEO and leadership team while helping drive business performance, governance and operational excellence.

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, you'll provide high-level executive, administrative and operational support across a dynamic property development business. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll coordinate executive priorities, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, business reporting and office operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of key business initiatives.

In this varied and influential role, you will:

  • Provide executive support including diary, inbox, travel and meeting management
  • Coordinate Board, Committee, Leadership Team and governance reporting activities
  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing papers and executive communications
  • Track actions, milestones and business priorities to ensure timely delivery
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, investors, contractors and business partners
  • Support business operations through administration, invoice processing, purchase orders and consultant engagement activities
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, events and stakeholder engagements
  • Assist with office and workplace management across multiple locations
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working across the business
  • Travel to interstate offices when required

What you'll need to be successful

  • Experience as a Business Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role supporting senior leaders
  • Strong experience preparing executive reports, Board papers, presentations and business correspondence
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail, sound judgement and discretion
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience within property, construction, development or professional services environments will be highly regarded
  • Relevant qualification in business, administration, project management, communications or a related discipline is desirable
