In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering specialist business support, coordinate confidential business responses, activities, and outcomes, and demonstrate self-management to prioritise work, foster team collaboration and drive continuous improvement within in the business.

You’ll coordinate and prepare data analysis, business and budget plans, draft complex correspondence, and manage short– to medium term critical projects in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build efficient processes and strengthen reporting by consolidating data, supporting strategy and project scheduling, and navigating competing priorities across diverse stakeholders operating in a 24/7 customer focused business.

About you

our strong planning, organisational, business system, and analytical skills - developed across administrative, project or business support roles - enable you to excel in managing competing priorities, delivering accurate reporting and supporting the Deputy Executive Director and their direct reports.

You’re recognised as a trusted collaborator, skilled at synthesising data, drafting high quality correspondence, and providing responsive support to senior leaders and varied stakeholders.

You’re experienced in streamlining processes, modelling data, and adapting to transformational change, and you bring structure, clarity, and proactive problem-solving skills to drive effective business outcomes.
