Your Impact
Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, Travel Retail APAC Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial landscape within the dynamic and rapidly expanding Travel Retail business across the Asia-Pacific region for all LVMH Beauty brands. As a core member of the Finance Team, you will:
Financial Planning & Analysis Assist the Finance Director and actively participate in LVMH Beauty budget and landing reviews with all brands. Advise and alert the regional leadership team and HQ division on financial risks and opportunities.
Drive Financial Insight Be a key business partner, providing critical analysis and understanding of complex financial data for the APAC Travel Retail market.
Ensure Financial Accuracy Lead the consolidation of LVMH Beauty TR APAC's financial position through various forecasting cycles and closing processes, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Champion Optimization Actively contribute to and lead various projects focused on optimizing and revamping our financial processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
This position is based in Singapore, where you will collaborate closely with Travel Retail teams from our diverse Maisons and the global Travel Retail HQ team.
Your Mission
Strategic Analysis & Reporting Partner with stakeholders across the organization to consolidate, analyze, and present financial data, providing insightful recommendations and highlighting key alerts to inform strategic decisions. You will also help and support some brands in their financial management of some brands.
Continuous Process Improvement Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing our financial processes at both local and regional levels for all brands. You will propose solutions to management and coordinate their implementation, acting as a central contributor to initiatives aimed at elevating our financial operations.
Who You Are
We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional with a passion for luxury and a drive for continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a similar commercial finance role. Experience within the retail or FMCG sectors, particularly in Travel Retail, is highly valued.
Skills: Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
Communication: A confident and articulate communicator, capable of effectively partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Collaboration & Autonomy: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a matrixed, multi-country environment.
Mindset: Agile, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and process enhancement.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
