About the Team:

Join us at the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade, where we are building a modern, collaborative, and forward‑looking team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Business Controller who wants to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.

In this position, you will work in an international environment, support strategic financial decisions, and help us elevate reporting and controlling standards across the organization. What you can look forward to as Business Controller:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational performance reports,
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes,
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business units, identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management,
• Support business decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis,
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting,
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance,
• Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts and explain key drivers, develop and enhance KPI dashboards and performance metrics,
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in cooperation with accounting, drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes and reporting.

Your profile as Business Controller:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration,
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance or similar role,
• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools,
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Navision or similar),
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting,
• Excellent Serbian and English communication skills,
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented, Hands-on approach with a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes, ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operations teams.
