About the role:

As a Business Controller Consumer Services, you will be a key Finance Business Partner to our Consumer Services and Service Operations leaders across EMEA, helping drive profitable growth, operational efficiency and stronger financial performance.

You will work across three key areas of the business: Consumer Services commercial activities, Service Operations and Contact Center operations. From monthly performance management and forecasting to business cases, scenario analysis and long-term planning, you will turn financial and operational data into insights that support better business decisions.

A key part of your role will be to strengthen and standardize Service controlling across EMEA. You will help shape our Service Finance Model, establish consistent performance indicators and ways of working, and collaborate with local controllers to understand what is driving performance in different markets.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, challenging existing ways of working and building structures that create clarity and sustainable results.

What you’ll do:

As Consumer Services and Operations Business Controller, you will combine financial expertise with strong business partnering to support the development of our Services business.

In detail, you will:

• Act as Finance Business Partner to Consumer Services Commercial, Service Operations and Contact Center leaders, providing financial and commercial insight to support profitable growth.
• Lead monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning across Consumer Services and Operations.
• Drive the development and implementation of standardized Service controlling processes, models and performance indicators across EMEA.
• Partner with local controllers to understand market performance, identify key drivers and translate insights into actions and business recommendations.
• Develop business cases and scenario analyses, comparing different operating models and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
• Support Service Operations performance and efficiency management, including technician and partner models, cost development and workforce-related opportunities.
• Contribute to Service-related projects and portfolio development, strengthening governance, controls, processes and the accuracy of the Service P&L.

Who you are / Your qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in business controlling, financial management, commercial finance, business development or a similar field, preferably within an international organization.
• Strong experience in forecasting, financial modelling, business case development and performance analysis.
• Experience working as a Finance Business Partner in a complex, matrixed and cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn financial and operational data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. Strong Power BI skills are an advantage.
• Experience from aftermarket, services, service operations or another consumer-facing business is preferred.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is beneficial, but relevant experience and skills are equally important.
