Job Description

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Controller to support the S6 business in the APAC region. This role will act as a key business partner to operations and commercial teams, driving financial transparency, profitability improvement, strategic decision-making, and process excellence across projects and regional initiatives.

Main tasks of S6 Business Controller:

  1. Preparation and continuous update of project calculations for customer quotations, investment projects, site decisions, and product changes. Provide financial view regarding business strategy in the region and proposals to improve business profitability
  2. Transparent preparation of key figures, cost transfers, and cost allocations for management presentations and customer negotiations
  3. Interface between Controlling and the Customer Center regarding, for example, pricing, cost optimization processes at the project level, and professional support for project managers in preparing investment applications as well as in forecasting and budgeting
  4. Transfer activities from operational topics (business/program controlling) to higher-level strategic areas, such as the operationalization of management targets, long-term financial development of the S6 APAC region, and restructuring or portfolio/site cleanup actions
  5. Process ownership for Region APAC Segment S6 specific requirements related to AUMOVIO standards (e.g., post-OC integration topics, contract manufacturing, Tier 1 customer-specific requirements, etc.), including redefinition of processes, alignment needs between S6 and Conti standards, and proactive further development of existing concepts in collaboration with Region/Segment/BA/Corporate functions

Qualifications

Qualification

Strong ownership and sense of collaboration.

Over 7 years in financial planning & analysis and business support drive decision support and business initiative implementation.

University degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management. Professional qualification degree preferred but not a must-have.

Communication skills and ability to align complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences.

Proven experience in Business Partnering. Can work under pressure with time constraint. also be comfortable when the conflicts arise.

Team player attitude, ability to build and maintain relationships.
