The Impact You'll Make

As our Business Controller / Factory Controller, you’ll play a key role in turning factory performance into clear financial insight and practical business action. You will support local factory management and the Product Line leadership team in delivering sustainable results across cost, cash, productivity, inventory, and operational performance.

Your impact? Better decisions, stronger cost control, improved forecasting accuracy, and sharper visibility on risks and opportunities in the factory. You will help leaders understand what is driving performance and what actions are needed to improve it.

You’ll collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, and product line teams, taking ownership of core controlling processes such as monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, inventory follow-up, and business performance reviews.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive monthly factory performance analysis, translating financial results into clear insights, root causes, and concrete actions for improvement.
• Lead key controlling processes including month-end closing, accrual reviews, deviation analysis, plant forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Analyze supply chain and factory cost drivers such as productivity, procurement, freight, inventories, cost reductions, warranty, and manufacturing variances.
• Partner with factory and product line leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and support decisions that improve profitability and cash performance.
• Use tools such as Excel, SAP/S4HANA, Business Warehouse, HFM, and Power BI to improve transparency, reporting quality, and data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience in financial analysis, business controlling, or factory controlling, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent Excel skills and solid knowledge of ERP/reporting tools such as SAP, Business Warehouse, HFM, or Power BI; curiosity for automation and digital reporting is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills and the confidence to challenge, advise, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and cultures.
