We are now looking for a
BUSINESS CONTROLLER
to join our Business Control team in Finance at our headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.
As a Business Controller, you will:
Act as a finance business partner for one or multiple business units .
Provide valuable financial insights, business cases and analysis of financial implications to support planning and decision-making in management teams, steering groups and other forums. Your efforts will ultimately drive actions that improve Finnair’s profitability and financial position.
Work with cross-organisational topics and projects.
Be responsible for various tasks related to end-to-end financialand customer journeyprocesses, such as financial forecasting, financialmodellingand financial reporting.
Be a part of our Business Control team that has a strong team spirit and willingness to support you .

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance development, business control, analytics, or consulting.
Ability and willingness to dive deep into data and extract relevant insights
Ability to work independently
Ability to translate financial information to actionable information for your stakeholders.
Excellent presentation,communicationand stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
A degree in finance (M.Sc. (Econ), MBA or equivalent).
Fluent written and spoken English.
In addition, we appreciate:
Fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken.
Experience inCustomer Experience area.
