Moller Baltic Import SE (Reg. nr. LV40103176283) is the official Volkswagen importer in the Baltics and Audiimporter in Latvia and Lithuania, and part of the international Norway-based automotive group Moller Mobility Group.
Operating across the Baltics, we play a key role in shaping brand strategy, managing wholesale operations, planning product offerings and developing the dealer network - all to ensure strong market performance and consistent brand standards in the region.
We are looking for an experienced business controller with a positive „can do“ attitude to be responsible for business control, financial analysis, planning and advisory support to Moller Baltic Import.
Provide high-quality financial analysis and reliable data to support management in operational decision-making
Monitor KPIs and performance trends, ensuring timely identification and follow-up of deviations
Actively contribute to the monthly closing process by preparing accurate financial estimates for the accounting, including accruals and other liabilities
Prepare structured monthly, tertial, and annual management reports, including detailed variance analysis versus forecast and clear explanation of key drivers
Support forecasting processes by delivering robust and well-documented input for P&L and working capital
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data, applying a strong finance mindset
Maintain and enhance data quality and KPI frameworks to support reliable reporting
Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial controls, and audit requirements, with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach
Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the implementation of improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Provide financial analysis and support in projects, ensuring sound financial grounding of initiatives
Execute ad hoc analyses and tasks requiring financial expertise as requested by management
At least three years of previous experience in auditing, business controlling or financial analysis in an international company
Higher education and excellent knowledge in economics, finance and/or accounting
Good system knowledge (experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SAP will be considered as an advantage)
Pro-activity, responsibility, desire to contribute and ability to self-organize work routine
Positive personality with a "can do" attitude and great passion for cars
Fluency in Latvian and English
