We are now looking for a Business Controller based in Stockholm or Helsinki to join our Nordic Finance team with a specific focus on IT and financial governance.

What will you do?

You will join a publicly listed company and become an integral part of the Nordic Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will support the IT organization and selected group-wide initiatives with financial performance management and planning, contributing to both operational decision-making and longer-term development.

Your responsibilities include producing analyses, forecasts and decision-support for management, with a particular focus on IT-related costs, investments and projects. You will support financial planning, follow-up and performance transparency related to IT and selected group-wide initiatives. This includes monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis, as well as deeper financial assessments related to IT and transformation initiatives. In addition, you will contribute to improving financial processes related to cost governance, working closely with procurement, vendor management and finance stakeholders, including processes around purchases, vendor invoicing structures and cost allocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MSc. (Econ.), majoring in management accounting, finance or other relevant studies

• A few years of relevant experience in business controlling, consulting, auditing or similar analytical roles

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience or a strong interest in using AI‑enabled tools and automation to enhance analysis, reporting and efficiency

• Experience with financial planning and reporting systems (e.g. Adaptive Insights or similar) is considered an asset

• Experience or interest in IT, project environments, cost governance or vendor-related financial topics is an advantage

• Our business language is English and full professional proficiency in English is required, proficiency in a Nordic language is a bonus
