The role

AsaBusiness Controllerwithinthe Damen Services division, you act as a keybusinesspartner to our regional management teamsacross the globe.You workclosely withcolleagues inBusiness Control-bothat our headquartersin the Netherlands andwithin our internationalService Hubs– as well asexpertisecenterssuch as Group Control and Tax Youconsolidatefinancial and strategicinputfrom allService entitiesinto a coherent divisional business plan andensure alignment withDamen Group standardsIn this role, you translate business insights into clear, data-driven recommendationsthat support effective performance management in a dynamicand highly international environment.

Reportingtothe Lead Business Control ofDamen Services, youplay a key role in steering thebusinessperformance of the divisionand the regionalorganizationsYoudeliverthedivisional reporting,lead theforecastingprocesses,anddelivervalue‑adding analyses that drivesounddecision‑making.As the primary financial sparring partner forregional management,you challenge assumptions,identifyrisks and opportunities early, and contribute to shaping business reviewsand commercial strategies

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor andoptimizebusinessperformanceforassignedregionsby analyzing revenue, margins, costs, and key performancedrivers;

• Provideregional management teamswithclearfinancial insights andactionable recommendations tosupportdecision‑making;

• Contribute to the design,deliveryand continuous improvement ofKPI reporting and management informationforstakeholders;

• Play akeyrole inbudgeting and forecasting by applying business insights, scenarioanalysisand data‑drivenassumptions;

• Monitor cash positions,identifyimprovementopportunities,anddrivecash-enhancingactions.

• SupporttheFinancial Control teamin implementingfinancial policies and proceduresacross international entitiesto ensurecompliancewith(inter)nationallaws and regulations

Skills & Experience

• BachelorMaster's degree in business economics, Accounting orFinance;

• Atleast5years of relevant experienceinFP&A or BusinessControl;

• Stronganalytical skills and the ability to turn data into clearinsights;

• Effectivecommunicatorwho cantranslate strategic goals into practicalactions;

• Collaborative and people-oriented working style thatfitsahands-oncustomer orientatedorganization;

• Team playerwho thrives in adynamic, internationalenvironment;

• Willingnessto travelseveraltimesperyear;

• Excellentcommunication skills in Dutch andEnglish;

• Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g.Power BI) is a strong plus
