About the role

Leadinfo is growing fast. We’re expanding our product offering, scaling our teams, and preparing to move from a single-product company to a multi-product platform. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Business Controller to join us in our efforts.

As our Senior Business Controller, you'll support financial planning, reporting, and monthly closing activities across our fast-growing SaaS business. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help steer data-driven decision-making. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the company—think Sales, Marketing, Product and more.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare monthly reports and support the financial month-end close;
• Excel with budgeting & forecasting, tracking performance against targets;
• Perform variance analyses and spot trends, risks and opportunities;
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational input;
• Support process improvements and help streamline financial workflows.

What you'll bring:

• A b achelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in a finance or business support role;
• Strong analytical mindset and a natural feel for numbers and Excel;
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, curious attitude;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
