The Senior Manager of Business Control at the Local Office of Bank will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of business control within the bank. This includes implementing and monitoring control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage control systems to ensure that the bank operates effectively and within the established budget. Monitor the bank's business operations to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions. Coordinate with different departments to set objectives and strategies. Prepare financial forecasts and present budget reports to upper management. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Conduct internal reviews to identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. Develop and implement business policies and procedures to increase operational efficiency. Mentor and motivate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus. Proven experience in a managerial role within a banking or financial environment. Strong knowledge of business control principles and practices. Excellent understanding of banking regulations and laws. Proficient in using banking software and systems. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make sound decisions quickly. Detailed knowledge of financial forecasting and risk management practices.
