Catnic is a thriving part of Tata Steel UK and a recognised market leader in steel lintel production. Due to our continued success we’re now looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our Caerphilly site.
It’s an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who wants to develop in a commercial manufacturing environment and gain exposure to all aspects of a dynamic, forward‑thinking operation. You’ll play a key role in helping the business improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support future growth.
What you will do
You’ll help drive improvements across our Production and Materials areas, working closely with the Operational Improvement Manager to support key strategic initiatives and embed continuous improvement practices across the business. Your work will directly support operational performance, quality, and long‑term capability.
