Job Description

The Business Continuity & Resilience Manager establishes, operates, and continuously improves INNIO’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to ensure that critical business services can withstand and recover from disruption. The role emphasizes a pragmatic, standards‑aligned approach (ISO 22301/BSI 200‑4/NIS2), prioritizing BIAs and continuity strategies at the products & services / critical function level, and strong interlocks with Information Security, Crisis Management, and Supplier/Vendor Management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • BCMS Governance & Framework: Build and operate a BCMS aligned to ISO 22301, BSI 200‑4, and NIS2; integrate with Information Security and enterprise risk management; maintain policy, standards, templates, and management reviews.
  • Business Impact & Risk: Plan and conduct BIAs and BCM risk assessments prioritized at the products & services / critical function level; define RTO/RPO and recovery priorities; translate results into feasible continuity strategies and investment proposals.
  • Continuity & Emergency Plans: Develop and maintain continuity and emergency plans across IT and business; include communications, manual workarounds, invocation and stand‑down criteria; ensure approvals per CISO governance.
  • Exercises, Testing & Assurance: Design and run an annual exercise program (table‑tops to simulations); track corrective actions through closure; prepare evidence for internal/external audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Supplier Continuity (optional scope extension): Define continuity and security requirements for critical suppliers; evaluate supplier resilience; embed BCM clauses and fallback strategies; integrate key suppliers into exercises with Procurement and Legal.
  • Awareness, Training & Culture: Train service/process owners and crisis roles; promote participation in drills; provide dashboards and briefings to leadership on readiness, risks, and improvements.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk, Engineering, IT, or comparable experience.
  • Proven experience in BCM/resilience; manufacturing/industrial context preferred.
  • Certifications preferred: ISO 22301 Practitioner/Lead Implementer, CBCP or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory context (e.g., NIS2) and implications for BCM & Information Security.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and facilitation skills (BIAs, exercises, crisis decision framing).
  • Analytical skills to convert impact/risk data into strategies, investments, and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (DE/EN); concise plan writing and leadership updates.
