At UniSystems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Continuity Management Expert to join our UniQue team in Brussels!

What will you be doing in this role:

• Baseline Analysis of BCMS Documentation.
• Data Consolidation and Analysis.
• Consistency and Alignment Control.
• Quality Assurance and Document Standardization.
• Gap Analysis and Improvement Proposals.
• Support to BCMS Integration.
• Documentation drafting and Consolidation.
• Administration and Operational Support to the Task Force BCMS.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• A Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at similar position.
• Extensive practical experience of Business Continuity Management.
• Excellent knowledge of Business Continuity Management (e.g. framework, processes, strategy development, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF etc).
• Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments and analysis, risk mitigation, standards, methodologies, tools, guidelines and best practices.
• Knowledge and experience in area data consolidation and data analysis.
• Knowledge in business analyses and processes and business processes modelling, analysis/modelling notations (e.g. like UML, BPMN etc.) and using modelling tools.
• Knowledge in applying of project management methodologies and methods.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools for project management and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge and experience in area of administrative tools i.e. MS Office tools and others.
• At least 1 certification among is mandatory and can not be compensate with relevant professional experience (if at least 1 certification is provided, then all others can be compensated with professional experience):
• ITIL® 4 Foundation (or higher, e.g. Managing Professional) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year of IT relevant professional experience above required minimum in IT Service Management, IT operations, or support to critical IT services may be accepted as equivalent.
• Business Continuity Management – Foundation or an equivalent certification or minimum 2 year’s experience in at similar position above required Minimum experience at similar position.
• Business Analysis certification at foundation/entry level (e.g. ECBA, UML Professional, BPM 2 or equivalent or any higher levels like CCBA, CBAP etc.) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year’s experience in at similar position above required Minimum experience at similar position in business analysis, process analysis.
• PRINCE2® Foundation or PM² (PM Square) certification or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 years of IT relevant professional experience above required minimum.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1).
