Frontex – the European Border and Coast Guard Agency – is looking for a Business Continuity Management Expert to support the strengthening, consolidation, and audit readiness of its Business Continuity Management System.
[TASK 01] Baseline Analysis of BCMS Documentation
[TASK 02] Data Consolidation and Analysis
[TASK 03] Consistency and Alingment Control
[TASK 04] Quality Assurance nad Document Standardisation
[TASK 05] Gap Analysis and Improvement Proposals
[TASK 06] Support to BCMS Integration
[TASK 07] Documentation drafting and Consolidation
[TASK 08] Administration and Operational Support to the Task Force BCMS
The following certifications are required:
[1] ITIL® 4 Foundation (or higher, e.g. Managing Professional) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year of IT relevant professional experience above required minimumin in IT Service Management, IT operations, or support to critical IT services may be accepted as equivalent.
[2] Business Continuity Management – Foundation or an equivalent certification or minimum 2 year’s experience in at similar position above required Minimum experience at similar position
[3] Business Analysis certification at foundation/entry level (e.g. ECBA, UML Professional, BPM 2 or equivalent or any higher levels like CCBA, CBAP etc.) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year’s experience in at similar position above required Minimum experience at similar position in business analysis, process analysis.
[4] PRINCE2® Foundation or PM² (PM Square) certification or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year's of IT relevant professional experience above required minimum .
At least one (1) certification from the list above is mandatory and can not be compensate with relevant professional experience (if at least 1 certification is provided, then all others can be be compensate with professional experience).
Each equivalent certification must be recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority).
Knowledge:
[01] Extensive practical experience of Business Continuity Management
[02] Holds excellent knowledge of Business Continuity Management (e.g. framework, processes, strategy development, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF etc)
[03] Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments and analysis, risk mitigation, standards, methodologies, tools, guidelines and best practices
[04] Knowledge and experience in area data consolidation and data analysis
[05] Knowledge in business analyse and processes and business processes modelling, analysis/modelling notations (e.g. like UML, BPMN etc.) and using modelling tools.
[06] Knowledge in applying of project management methodologies and methods
[07] Familiar with project management approaches, tools for project management and phases of the project lifecycle
[08] Knowledge and experience in area of administrative tools i.e. MS Office tools and others
