Job Description

Join Us as a Senior Operational Resilience Advisor – Shape the Future of Business Continuity

Are you passionate about building resilience and safeguarding operations in a fast-paced, global environment? We’re looking for a Senior Operational Resilience Advisor to lead our Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy and ensure our organization thrives even in times of disruption.

This is your opportunity to make a real impact—driving proactive risk management, fostering a culture of resilience, and guiding stakeholders through critical moments with confidence and clarity.

Your main responsibility

  • Own BCM Strategy: Lead and maintain our Group-wide Business Continuity Management program in alignment with ISO 22301:2019.
  • Anticipate Risks: Identify and assess potential operational disruptions, ensuring BCM integrate seamlessly with cyber and physical security planning.
  • Be the Calm in the Storm: Act as a trusted crisis facilitator during critical incidents, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to minimize impact.
  • Empower Others: Coach and inspire decentralized BCM teams to embed resilience and risk awareness across the organization.
  • Drive Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with IT, OT, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to strengthen our operational backbone.
  • Build a Resilient Culture: Lead exercises, communication initiatives, and engagement programs that make BCM second nature.

Your profile

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or similar—bonus points for a technical background.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in BCM, ideally in industry, logistics or consulting.
  • Proven project management and lateral leadership skills.
  • Strong capacity to identify and adjust the relevant need for detail and synthesis.
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence.
  • A proactive mindset, calm under pressure, and driven to deliver results.
  • Fluency in English plus one additional official Swiss language.
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of Crisis Response and Security standards (ISO/BS), experience with Lean, Operational Excellence, or Change Management.
  • Military leadership experience (e.g., Swiss Armed Forces officer) or equivalent is a strong asset.
