About Us:
The Class Consulting Group is a boutique management consulting firm headquartered in SFO-Bay Area that provides consulting services to senior management and Board of Directors of nonprofit/philanthropic organizations. It also offers community leadership opportunities to professionals. CLASS collaborates with its clients - the Non-Profit Organizations to help them realize their mission and create tangible value. CLASS offers business consulting services in Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources/ Organization, Finance and IT.
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams.
Position Type: Volunteering  (All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). Temporarily remote due to COVID-19. ' General Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting in developing strategic and operation plans by identifying short term and long term priorities.

  • Responsible for the management and support of a web based LMS system.

  • Uploads, Manages & tracks course materials, participants course completion records

  • Responds to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports.

  • Ensure that all end users issues are resolved, including transcript issues, account request, and system functionality issues.

  • Knowledgeable and able to perform installation, configuration, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting.

  • Act as the technical lead on all LMS matters. Interface with the LMS vendor on continuous basis to resolve any outstanding product issues.

Qualification and Requirements: 


  • MBA HR with 8+ years of experience

  • Prior experience working with non-profit organizations

  • Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Familiar with Learning Management tools

  • Client/stakeholder relationship management

  • Positive attitude and commitment to projects

Commitment: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.

  • Attend Weekly Meetings: 2 in-person and 2 conference calls.

  • Time: Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
