Join Our Growing Business Consulting Practice – Capco Middle East

Location: UAE, Saudi Arabia & Qatar | Practice Area Business Consulting | Type: Permanent

Help deliver complex transformation and change across some of the region’s most ambitious organisations.

The Role

Capco is growing our Business Consulting practice across the Middle East. Specifically focussing on UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and we’re looking to connect with talented Project Managers, Business Analysts and PMO professionals who want to play a key role in delivering meaningful transformation.

You’ll work alongside clients and Capco colleagues to help shape, manage and deliver complex programmes and projects. Whether your expertise lies in project and programme delivery, business analysis or PMO, you’ll have the opportunity to bring structure to complex challenges, connect business needs with delivery outcomes and contribute to successful change.

What You’ll Do

• Support or lead the delivery of complex projects and transformation programmes from initiation through to implementation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements and translate them into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Establish effective project and programme governance, reporting, planning, risk and dependency management.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to keep delivery aligned with agreed objectives, timelines and priorities.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives while helping clients achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, PMO professional or within a related change and transformation role.
• Experience contributing to or managing projects and programmes within complex organisations.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business challenges and communicate requirements and recommendations clearly.
• Knowledge of project delivery, business analysis, governance, planning, risk management or change methodologies relevant to your area of expertise.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in contributing to the continued growth of Capco’s Business Consulting practice across the region.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working within consulting or another client-facing environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale business, technology or regulatory transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Relevant project management, business analysis or change certifications.
• Experience within financial services, energy, government or other complex and regulated sectors.
