Cambio is looking for Business Consultants within several clinical areas, including Lab, Order & Results, Emergency Care, Care Administration, Maternity/Obstetrics, and Surgery Process/Theatre Management In this role, you will play a crucial part in our ongoing efforts to support our customers in the best possible way. One of your key responsibilities will be to communicate the value of our solutions to end users in healthcare.
You will partly work on-site with customers, sometimes together with the customer’s system management team and sometimes directly with end users in the organization. The role also involves remote work, meaning you need to be comfortable managing customer interactions and other responsibilities through digital tools.
As Business Consultant, you will contribute daily to developing our customers’ competence and understanding of our solutions, as well as leading training sessions and workshops. You will be involved in customer integrations, configuration, and implementation of our systems, and work with business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Requirements
Extensive experience with COSMIC or similar EHR system, gained through implementation projects, application management, configuration, training, and support activities, or as an end user within one or more of the following product areas:
-Emergency care
-Care administration
-Maternity/Obstetrics
-Surgery process/ Theatre Management
-Lab, Order & Results
Strong communication skills and experience leading presentations, training sessions, or workshops.
Knowledge of integration flows and how data moves between different systems within healthcare organizations.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliveries.
The ability to understand and describe business processes from both a user and operational perspective.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
It's a bonus if you
Have experience in business analysis, process mapping, or improvement initiatives within healthcare.
Understanding of national guidelines, regulations, or standards within the healthcare sector.
Place of employment Linköping or Stockholm
Scope Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
Additional Information: Willingness and ability to travel as required for the role
