ARAD is a strategic consulting company operating in the field of digital transformation.

We help both large international companies and Italian start-ups to create or improve their business through the opportunities offered by digital, supporting them in defining the most appropriate strategy for their operating scenario and following them in its implementation. The sectors in which we operate primarily are retail, grocery, food & beverage and fashion.

WHO YOU WILL BE

At ARAD Digital, we are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants, depending on experience, to join our growing team.

We’re looking for curious, energetic minds who are passionate about digital transformation and artificial intelligence — people who like to get their hands dirty, who want to learn something new every day, and who are eager to drive real change for the companies we work with.

We’re not looking for “slide consultants.” We want people who make things happen, who bring ideas and energy, and who are not afraid to dive deep to understand the why behind a challenge and come up with smart, actionable solutions.

At ARAD, you’ll be involved end-to-end in consulting projects—from initial goal-setting to final delivery. You’ll work alongside senior colleagues with real-world managerial experience who are eager to support your growth and impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Analyze complex problems and propose innovative, data-driven solutions.

Work on projects ranging from digital strategy to omnichannel evolution and AI adoption in business processes.

Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to conduct benchmarks and best practice research across digital, omnichannel, and customer experience domains — increasing both speed and depth of insights.

Deliver next-generation outputs — reports, presentations, dashboards, dynamic wireframes — combining strategic thinking, visual clarity, and smart use of AI-based productivity tools (e.g. GPT, Notion AI, Figma AI, Copilot).

Contribute to validation and experimentation workflows through lean and iterative approaches, including rapid prototyping, AI-assisted user testing, A/B testing, and scenario simulations using synthetic data.

Manage client relationships and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Track progress, timelines, quality standards, and profitability for assigned projects.

Contribute to business development initiatives and to expanding ARAD’s service offering.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Previous experience in a consulting firm or in relevant roles.

Strong passion for digital, technology, and innovation, combined with the ability to work efficiently and creatively with AI-based tools to enhance productivity, insight generation, and solution design.

Ability to work autonomously, synthesize complex information, and turn it into clear and effective outputs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.

Natural curiosity and eagerness to keep learning and growing.

Aesthetic sensibility and proficiency with productivity tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Notion).

Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written.

Strong academic background with a track record of excellence.

International experience (study/work abroad, remote teams, global projects).

Professional certifications or skills in relevant areas (AI, UX, Agile, Design Thinking, Project Management etc.).
