ポジション概要

グローバルな環境で、銀行・保険・証券など金融業界のクライアントに対し、戦略策定から業務プロセス改革、IT改革まで幅広い支援を行うビジネスコンサルタントを募集しています。

特にマネージャー以上のポジションでは、プロジェクトマネジメントやチーム運営を中心に、クライアントとの信頼関係構築と成果創出を担っていただきます。

主な業務内容

• プロジェクト戦略策定
• プロジェクト進捗・課題・リスク管理など
• ステアリングコミッティ向け報告
• 実行計画の策定（PoC、要件定義、テスト・移行、研修など）
• クライアント折衝・調整
• 海外拠点とのリエゾン（英語使用）
• チームマネジメント（チームメンバー評価・育成・指導など）

その他アカウント・ビジネス開発（シニアマネージャー以上）

• 新規提案活動
• アカウント戦略の立案・実行

- Grade Specific

必須条件（MUST)

• コンサルティングファーム、SIer、金融関連企業における業務経験（5年以上／シニアコンサルタントは3年以上）
• 金融業界業務経験
• システム関連プロジェクト経験（開発・PMO問わず/1年以上)
• マネジメント層向け報告資料の作成経験
• 3名以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験および立ち上げ経験（※シニアコンサルタントは除く）
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（会話・読み書き）

望ましいスキルと経験

• 大規模プロジェクト（50名以上）のPM・PMO・チームリーダー経験
• システム開発プロジェクトにおける要件定義からテスト・移行リリースまでの経験
• 英語での会議ファシリテーション、ワークショップ運営経験
• 銀行業務経験もしくは銀行プロジェクト経験者歓迎

基本労働時間：9時～18時（1時間休憩）
