The Business Consultant / Analyst sits within the Customer Delivery function, providing consulting and business analysis support across the Intelligent Grid Solutions practice verticals.
Working as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams, the role supports customer programmes by helping clients understand business requirements, operational challenges and opportunities for improvement, translating these into clear analysis, requirements and recommendations by producing high-quality output material to help our customers understand.
The role requires practical domain knowledge in at least one utility area, including AMI, SMART Metering, SCADA, DMS, OMS or DERMS. The Consultant will work closely with Practice Leads, Project Managers, Solution Specialists and other delivery colleagues to support successful customer outcomes.
This is a consultant role, combining customer-facing delivery support with energy and utilities domain knowledge.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
