You will be employed by UBS Business Solutions AG CH and will work in the team Business Aligned Compliance Team. We are a team of over 30 compliance officers, responsible for the Wealth Management & Swiss Bank in Romandie. Diversity helps us grow, together. • Swiss degree in law or economics
• ideally 2-4 years of experience in a compliance function within a bank in Switzerland
• analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk
• result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
• a strong communicator, team player, who works well under pressure
• reliable and resilient (challenging situations and conversations don’t scare you)
• fluent in French and English, German is an asset
