As an online, free lance Speexx Business Coach, you’ll bring out the best in people. You’ll guide your clients toward discovering their own unique solutions to their professional development challenges, help them shape their journey and take key steps and most importantly, hold them accountable for improvement and lasting progress.

Skills

• The ability to coach confidently online

• Proficiency in the arts of effective listening, encouragement, organizational planning, goal definition, purposeful questioning, recognizing what clients truly need, critical thinking, knowing when to apply innovative solutions, understanding how businesses succeed and the ability to communicate with empathy
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent developments in your selected coaching topic areas and the ability to present relevant information and resources to clients as needed
• Honed organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients’ needs autonomously
• Experience with various coaching frameworks and methodologies (e.g. SMART goals, GROW model, journaling etc.) 
• Expertise in and enthusiasm for delivering coaching services online

Requirements

• Experience with coaching in one or more of the following areas. Job and Career Development, Business Communication, Leading Projects and Teams, Management, Self-Management, Workforce Development

• Current accredited coaching certification - Examples. ICF PCC, EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner
• 500+ hours of business coaching experience
• Significant experience working in a corporate environment
• Educated to at least Bachelor's level with a degree in business or a related field
• Have a C2 level in the languages you coach in
• CEFR B2 or higher level of English, the Speexx global Admin language
• Fulfillment of the Technical Specifications listed below

• Speexx gets back to all candidates who complete the Application Form
• Completing the Application Form should take you approximately 15 minutes
• You will be asked to upload a C.V. and a cover letter
• We'll ask about your coaching style and desired number of coachees
• You will be asked to verify that you meet the Technical Specifications listed below
• As a final step on the Application Form, we ask you to provide us with a link to a 1-2 minute introductory video highlighting how your coaching efforts have made a difference in the professional lives of your clients

To ensure both you and your clients/users will have an optimal and secure online coaching experience, please check that your specifications meet the following requirements before continuing with your application. Thanks in advance!

• Computer random access memory (RAM) min 8 GB
• Central processing unit (CPU) Multi-Core Score = minimum 1300
• Speed test. Download = min 30 mbps; Upload = min 10 mbps
• Speexx Real Time Communication tool (RTC) Compatibility
• Age of equipment. MAC. Not older than 2018 / PC. Not older than 2020
• iOS (Version 15.0 or later) Android (Version 8.0 and up)
• Chromebooks and tablets are not supported.
• Audio and visual equipment, coaches need to provide high-quality audio and video, preferably via an external webcam and an actively noise-cancelling, cabled headset
