This position provides general clerical assistance for the Office Manager and Executive Director in the areas of Accounting, Billing, Human Resource, general office functions, and general clerical assistance to the Corps Officer, and Assistant Corps Officer.

Qualifications:
A minimum of High School diploma/GED with one-year clerical and/or accounting experience. Combination of training and experience will be considered. Proficient in computer spreadsheet software, word processing and LAN experience is a plus. Good communication & organizational skills. Must be capable of constructing and routing correspondence with little supervision. Must be a self-starter and team player. Requires high level of confidentiality. Must be bondable.
