Business Change Manager – SAP4I / Salesforce

Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work Regime: Hybrid
Duration: September – November 2025

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to support the rollout of a new SAP4I platform with Salesforce integration and ensure impacted business teams are prepared and engaged throughout the transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate rollout preparation with business departments, project leads and stakeholders.
• Facilitate sessions on processes, procedures, organizational changes and roles.
• Execute the change management plan, including kick-offs, internal communications and change agent coordination.
• Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback and adapt the change approach accordingly.
• Organize user training, demos, trainer preparation and Go-Live support.
• Establish post-Go-Live support mechanisms.
• Maintain project schedules and prepare monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate Go-Live planning, risks and dependencies with Project Managers.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project or change management within an international environment.
• Strong communication, motivation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across different cultures, teams and nationalities.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is an asset.
• Project Management and Change Management certification.
• Experience with Prosci methodology is preferred.
• SAP4I integration or rollout experience is an advantage.
• Insurance or Finance sector experience is preferred.
