As a Business Change Manager you will be responsible for driving change management activities on one or many projects across our operational business. Working alongside a Business Lead and Project Manager, this role will support the readiness of our people for projects that may be organisational, process or technology focussed. This role will place our people at the heart of change and ensure that all change needs are effectively planned, prioritised, and embedded, without compromising on safety or operational standards.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support projects across their full lifecycle from conception through to delivery. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure people, processes, and systems are aligned to achieve sustainable change and deliver business value.
You will play a critical role in fostering stakeholder engagement, applying proven change management techniques and ensuring that change is adopted effectively across the organisation

SGN manages the network which distributes natural and green gas to approximately six million homes and businesses across Scotland and southern England. Our pipes deliver gas safely, reliably and efficiently to each of these customers.

Emergency: We provide the National Gas Emergency Service day and night. We’ll always make the situation safe whether the gas emergency is inside or outside a property.
