
Business Centre Executive
Location: Primarily remote, with 1 day per week in our Milton Keynes office
Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
Salary: Paying up to £24,500 per annum
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Business Centre Executive to support our Hyundai/Genesis Team. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on client care, administrative coordination and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and managing customer agreements, renewals, and documentation
Booking and coordinating demo vehicles with third-party providers
Responding to client enquiries by phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
Ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA and internal standards
Supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
Experience in client services, administration or customer support
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Automotive experience is a bonus, not essential
