About the Role

We are looking for a Business Central Functional Consultant to lead the evolution of our internal ERP systems and drive operational excellence. You will play a vital role in managing the workflows that bring our dermatologist-curated skincare and hair regrowth solutions to millions of users. By taking ownership of our Business Central environment, you will ensure our supply chain remains agile to support our growing range of in-house products

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Ownership: Take a comprehensive handover of our current Business Central environment. You will serve as the primary expert for all functional requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customizations that power our Rx-grade cosmetic products and digital marketplace.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with departments to analyze and document requirements across OMS, WMS, P2P, and O2C processes. You will translate these business needs into functional specifications to optimize the delivery of everything from caffeine eye cream to advanced niacinamide face wash
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead an in-house team of developers. You will guide them in creating enhancements that improve the user journey, from the initial online dermatologist consultation to the final delivery of personalized treatment plans for concerns like acne or hyperpigmentation.
• Integration Management: Oversee seamless integrations with our custom web and app platforms, courier partners, and banks. You will ensure that data flows smoothly across third-party systems to maintain a world-class e-commerce experience for our science-backed skincare range.
• Process Improvement: Drive the continuous maintenance and improvement of Business Central to align with our evolving needs. You will stay updated on the latest D365 features to keep our operations for premium brands running at peak efficiency.
• User Support & Training: Provide guidance and training to internal users, ensuring everyone can navigate our financial and operational modules with ease.
