About the Role

We are looking for a Business Central Developer to take full ownership of our ERP ecosystem and drive our technical roadmap. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and scaling the platform that manages our diverse inventory of science-backed skincare, haircare, and health supplements. You will lead the transition of our codebase in-house to ensure our digital marketplace for premium cosmetic products remains robust and ready for the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design and implement extensions in Microsoft D365 Business Central using AL and the Power Platform. You will tailor solutions specifically for our e-commerce environment, focusing on products like Vitamin C serum, broad spectrum sunscreen, etc.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements for OMS, WMS, and finance modules into technical specifications. You will optimize P2P and O2C processes to ensure our products move efficiently through our supply chain.
• System Integration: Connect Business Central with our custom web and app solutions via APIs and webhooks. This ensures a seamless data flow for users accessing our online dermatologist consultations and personalized skin and hair treatment plans.
• Codebase Ownership: Take over the codebase from outsourced teams, focusing on continuous optimization and documentation. You will ensure our internal systems perform well.
• Quality & Testing: Perform thorough quality assurance and validation. You will create automated test scripts and configure systems to support new extensions, ensuring a stable experience for millions of users seeking clinical-grade personal care.
• Innovation & Training: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to keep our platform competitive. You will document new functions and provide training to internal teams to foster a culture of technical excellence.
