  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, then develop and implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports, project updates, and executive-ready presentations for leadership audiences.
  • Provide clear project status updates in operational and project meetings and serve as a point of coordination for issue resolution.

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including experience developing clear presentations for executive audiences, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technical and industry knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or 3 years of experience managing projects in a financial services environment.
  • Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional.
  • Experience taking ownership of deliverables and independently managing competing priorities.
