EVP – Director of Business Banking
Objective
As a member of the Business Banking Team, the Business Banking Officer (BBO) seeks and establishes new banking relationships (both credit and deposit based) with businesses (up to $10 million in annual revenue) within the assigned geographic market. Partners with the Community Bank Managers within the market – receiving new business leads and referrals from the branch teams. Also partners with the Bank’s Commercial Banking Executives in the market to assess and fulfill the credit needs of potential and new business customers. Annual targets for loan, deposit and treasury sales will be established based upon market opportunity.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Office environment with job duties conducted via telephone, face to face meetings, and on the computer.
Physical Demands
This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and opening cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping, or standing as necessary.
Travel
Travel is required for this position.
This position is classified as exempt, and as such it is paid on a salaried basis. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $155,000 annually.
This position is classified as full-time and the benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance. Employees may select from coverage options which range from employee only to family coverage. Full-time employees receive Paid Time Off (PTO), a paid holiday schedule, paid bereavement, and paid parental leave.
