The Business Banking Marketing Partner is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth across Business Banking products and segments. This role blends strong project management, channel execution, and performance analysis to deliver campaigns that are on time, on budget, and optimized for results.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
The Marketing Partner will be responsible for:
Managing budget and expenses – provide timely and accurate estimates and ensure all approved spend is accurately tracked and reported.

Strong budgeting acumen: ability to track estimates vs. actuals, flag risks early, and manage vendors/POs/invoices with rigor.
Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and translate results into optimization recommendations, including comfort with web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and measurement best practices.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA or equivalent experience a plus

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
