What’s the role?
As a Business Banking Manager, you'll help make Australian businesses and agribusiness’s stronger by building lasting relationships with business customers across the Mt Gambier region. You'll become a trusted advisor who understands what matters most to each customer and supports them with tailored banking solutions that help their business succeed.
Working closely with a specialist support team, you'll manage a portfolio of small and medium enterprise customers, providing guidance, building connections and identifying opportunities to help businesses achieve their goals. If you enjoy meaningful customer conversations and want to make a genuine impact in your local community, this could be the role for you.
This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Mt Gambier, SA, with hybrid working available.
What do I need?
• Strong relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting business customers.
• Experience in Business or Agribusiness Banking or a desire to step into a Business Banking Manager role.
• Understanding of the needs, challenges and opportunities facing small and medium businesses.
• Ability to assess credit and lending opportunities while balancing risk and customer outcomes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with experience preparing quality proposals and submissions.
