What’s the role?
You’ll step into an exciting opportunity supporting SME customers across the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of customers with business lending needs from $1M to 5M, working full time with flexibility on offer.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team of professionals who share knowledge, collaborate and back one another to deliver great outcomes. Your days will be full of variety as you build meaningful relationships, get to know your customers’ ambitions and work with them to shape confident futures. You’ll network, write deals, stay close to your portfolio and be an active presence in the local business community.
What do I need?
Strong grounding in lending and credit, you are someone who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. With a proactive mindset and commercial awareness, you bring both the drive to grow a portfolio and the discipline to manage risk effectively.
