Position: Business Automation Specialist

Number of hours: 20 hrs per week
Schedule: Australian Timezone

Key Responsibilities.

• Support Australian small business operations through administrative and automation solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize business processes and workflows.

• Manage and troubleshoot basic IT and system-related issues.

• Assist in implementing automation tools and streamlining daily operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve technical concerns.

• Maintain organized systems, documentation, and operational processes.

• Provide executive and operational support when needed.

• Monitor workflows and recommend efficiency improvements for business operations.

• Assist with software setup, integrations, and process management.

Qualifications.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Business Automation Specialist

• Experience supporting Australian small businesses is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, and automation tools

• Confident in handling and troubleshooting basic IT and system issues

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and software.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
