Frustrated by the limited options between fast fashion and overpriced luxury, we partner directly with top suppliers to deliver beautiful, well-crafted products at a fraction of traditional luxury prices.

Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Associate (Marketing) to help drive growth across CRM, paid ads, and social media. This is an entry-level role for a recent university graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and excited to contribute to marketing decisions that impact the business. You will work closely with the team to analyze performance, support campaign execution, lead small projects, and help turn data into action.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

What you’ll do
  • Analyze data across CRM, paid ads, social media, and webshop performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, retention, and revenue
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, paid social, search, and organic channels
  • Lead small projects end-to-end, from planning and coordination to implementation and analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on results
  • Help manage marketing calendars, promotions, and product launch communications across channels
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and audience analysis for CRM and retention campaigns
  • Assist with website, landing page, and product page updates related to campaigns and promotions
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform marketing strategy
  • Help improve processes, workflows, and reporting systems to make the team more efficient
  • Take on ad hoc growth and marketing-related projects as needed


Who you are
  • A recent university graduate, or you have 1-2 years of work experience
  • Strong analytical thinker who enjoys working with numbers and data
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
  • Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and ownership-driven
  • Curious and eager to learn, especially in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • A clear communicator who can work well with different teams
  • Tech-literate and able to learn new systems quickly
  • You thrive in a high-growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
