Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in business, computer science, economics, marketing, or relevant areas.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in data analysis, export business, and digital marketing.
  • Experience working in multinational companies.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocations that support applicants with a Chinese government-issued certificate. You'll receive on-the-job training and work on a range of projects. As a gReach Associate, you'll be placed in teams across the business, such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.

You'll have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop your professional skills. You'll learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist strategic agency managers with day-to-day operation via coordination with external partners.
  • Own material research and development on ads related collateral to be used both internally and externally.
  • Help strategic agency managers maintain agency business hygiene by conducting regular business reviews with external partners.
