
Department Overview
CEOSO (CEO Strategy Office) is a small department of about 20 people in an organization directly under the CEO that is involved in all business development projects within the Rakuten Group.
The CEO Strategy Office (CEOSO) is an independent organization that does not belong to any specific company, and is engaged in various projects on a wide range of themes depending on the business situation. This is a department where you can be involved in solving business and management issues in close proximity to the management team and feel the dynamism of management more directly.

Position Details
Expense/Procurement Management
Invoice processing and other expense management (processing using the payment request portal (ROS))
Related tasks (purchasing-related tasks, vendor registration, etc.)
HR/Facility Management
Internal personnel-related tasks/various responses (approval documents, PC and other equipment arrangements, account application/deletion processing, reception of new members, etc.)
Account management/application handling (ML mailing list, BOX folder, and other internal accounts)
Facility-related tasks including seat management, PC, and business card application
Business Support
Operation of internal general meetings
Meeting coordination/setting and securing meeting rooms
Various application support (seal application, other internal approval processing)
Travel-related support (flight/hotel arrangements, etc.)
Creation and management of internal manuals/templates related to Admin
Handling ISMS-related tasks
Other Related Tasks
Company-wide project-related tasks and collaboration with other departments
Disaster prevention-related tasks
etc.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience with the tasks listed in the job description (not all are required)
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Native level Japanese language skills
