Business Administrative Assistant

Location: East

Working hours: 9am 6pm / Fully on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing, quotations, purchase orders, and stock packing.
• Support warehouse control and stock take activities.
• Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage full sets of import/export shipping documents and logistics arrangements.
• Maintain effective communication with our overseas offices.
• Provide general administrative support to the office.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and maintain an organized filing system.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level education.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar business support or administrative experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC-based applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or experience with ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player with the ability to multitask.
• Open to learning, adaptable, and keen to take on new challenges.
