Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. 担当事業部門に関して、国内事業部 および本社財務部門(コントローリング)と連携して財務目標設定、実績進捗管理・分析・報告

• 月次決算（Actual）
• 年次決算見通し（Bottom-up Forecast）
• 年次予算策定(Budget)
• 移転価格および標準原価計算（SAP への設定・入力）

年次在庫棚卸：Supply Cain Management部門 と連携

• 財務関連の承認業務
• 他、各種財務業務

P&L(売上 ,原価/経費, 利益), BS (在庫,AR,AP他)及びキャッシュフローに関する管理・分析・改善

• 売上差異分析: 年次価格低減、為替差異、及び材料市場価格変動等
• 品質不良（不適合）コスト: 不良品選別費用、製品求償費用
• Supply Chain関係: 物流費 (Premium輸送費,外部倉庫費用等), 在庫(回転率と廃棄）
• 部門費: 開発費、各種経費 （旅費、外部サービス、研修・採用、コミュニケーション、保守など全コスト）

プロセス改善の推進

• 新たな財務要件への対応・導入
• 業務プロセスについてのAutomation推進

Qualifications

■ 学歴 / 資格

金融・会計関連の学士号（Bachelor’s Degree in Finance）

MBA （歓迎）

USCPA または同等資格（歓迎）

TOEIC 800 点以上

■ 職務経験

コントローリング（管理会計・FP＆A）業務の実務経験 5年以上

工場（プラント）コントローリングの経験があれば尚可

■ プロジェクト / プロセス経験

チームワークスキル

プロジェクトマネジメント経験（歓迎）

業務プロセスの定義・導入経験（歓迎）

■ リーダーシップ経験

プロジェクトや小規模な機能チームのリード経験

■ 国際 / 異文化経験

国際的な環境での勤務経験

■ オートメーションツールへの学習意欲

Power BI、UiPath、NKIME などの自動化ツールの習得に意欲があること
