These analyses feed recommendations on how initiatives should move forward: the role primarily serves decision making, while delivery remains with the delivery teams, which the advisor supports only as needed. The experience threshold is ten years, including five in business architecture and transformation programs, and insurance domain knowledge is described as a significant asset. Target candidate: a senior business architect with at least five years of practice in transformation programs, used to turning a prioritized initiative into defined needs, expected benefits and a preliminary scope. Their background shows recommendations that supported decisions on the next steps of initiatives, ideally in the insurance sector.
