Your role in the team
As Strategic Business Architect Lead Consultant, you will be the bridge between business needs and HR delivery. You will translate strategic priorities into clear, scalable people processes and experiences that drive real impact. Reporting into the People Analytics and Business Architecture director, you will lead process architecture efforts, champion end-to-end redesign, and ensure HR capabilities evolve to meet the demands of a dynamic, AI-enabled, global protection provider. This is more than process improvement, it’s about accelerating business transformation by aligning HR programs, policies, and experiences directly with what the business needs to thrive.
We seek individuals who are compelling storytellers, collaborative problem-solvers, and execution-driven professionals. This role will drive support across Workday Core HCM and champion our India and Northern Ireland regions.
Key responsibilities:
Influence and align senior stakeholders at all levels, productively challenging current mindsets to deliver better outcomes for the business and our people.
Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners tosupportingend-to-end employee experience discovery and redesign—including strategy blueprinting, capability mapping, root cause analysis, and removal of blockers, inefficiencies, and waste.
Develop clear “as-is” and “to-be” process models, create future-state roadmaps, and oversee successful implementation and adoption.
Collaborate with HR Technology and Service Delivery teams improving operational efficiencies through streamlining, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Support the ongoing evolution of our global HR Service Delivery model, ensuring processes and capabilities are built for future scale and agility.
Partner with HR teams to define and track metrics that measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience of HR services.
Serve as the key enablerbalancing global operating models andlocalized requirements within India and Northern Ireland
Essential Skills:

A minimum of3year’s HR orbusiness relatedexperience working with Workday HCM solutions at scale
A minimum of 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules (e.g., implementing new functionality, reducing manual effort, improving data quality, or increasing process adoption)
A minimum 1 years’ experience coaching or mentoring team members globally
Demonstrated ability to apply Agile best practices while clearly communicating complex conceptsevidencedby leading Agile ceremonies, refining backlogs, producing clear user stories or decision documents, and effectively presenting product strategy to senior or non‑technical stakeholders to accelerate delivery and improve alignment
Desirable Skills:
Experience partnering with HR teams across multiple geographies (preferably India and/or Northern Ireland), addressinglocalisationneeds, process variations, and regulatory considerations
Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, COEs, and People Leaders to understand strategic priorities,identifypain points, and convert conceptual HR outcomes into scalable system enhancements
