About the team:

The Business Architect will drive the strategic alignment of business goals with end-to-end business solutions, ensuring that the organization's processes and systems enhance customer and end-user experiences. This role is crucial in designing and implementing business solutions that span across domains, business lines, customer segments, and technologies, while collaborating closely with IT architects. The Business Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, contributing significantly to enterprise transformation and operational excellence.

• Align business architecture strategy with overall business goals and objectives, interpreting and contextualizing strategy for operational needs;

Your Profile as Business Architect (m/f/d):

• At least a bachelor's degree in the field of IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 10+ years total professional experience and 5+ years specific experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture or strategy roles;
• Ability to design end-to-end, customer-centric business solutions;
• Deep understanding of business processes, data quality, and continuous improvement;
• Proficiency in business capability modeling and performance measurement;
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and enterprise architects;
• Strong project management skills, strategic and innovative thinking with a problem-solving mindset and stakeholder expectation management;
• Excellent communication, fluent in English and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
